Ojunai is a WhatsApp-first AI business management platform designed for African small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The Service provides AI-powered tools for bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management, expense tracking, customer management, and business insights — all accessible through WhatsApp and a web dashboard.
To use Ojunai, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information about yourself and your business. Each account is tied to a single business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.
Ojunai offers the following subscription plans: Starter, Shop, Pro, and Business. Each plan includes different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan’s features until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a billing dispute, please contact us at contact@ojunai.com. Disputed charges will be handled in accordance with the policies of the relevant payment provider (Paystack or Flutterwave).
Ojunai may offer a 30-day free trial for eligible subscription plans. During the trial, you have full access to the plan’s features at no cost. At the end of the trial period (plus the 3-day grace period), your account will automatically downgrade if you have not subscribed to a paid plan. No payment information is required to start a free trial.
